Vintreat - 243 (Carboxylate/Sulfonate Copolymer)
We have specially developed the product, Carboxylate/Sulfonate Copolymer Dispersant, to ensure lower molecular weight. It is a copolymer which has a pale yellow color and a clear appearance. The copolymer is ideal for the prevention of Calcium Phosphate fouling. Available in 250 kgs HDPE Drum packing, the product is suitable for scale prevention in boilers, heat exchangers and industrial cooling towers. It functions as an effective dispersant and provides fine threshold inhibition against Calcium Phosphate

Vintreat - 343 (Carboxylate/Sulfonate/Nonionic Terpolymer)
Carboxylate/Sulfonate/Nonionic terpolymer is low molecular weight Terpolymer designed for use as cooling water treatment formulation to provide optimum dispersancy for all particles. It also works as strong dispersant, holding the slit and other suspended solids in suspension and prevent fouling. It offers higher solubility for salts, works as crystal modifier and has higher dispersing activity.
This Terpolymer gives excellent dispersion due to strong Sulfonate group, Carboxylate group and Nonionic group.These different groups offer different properties such as adsorption on the particle, ionic and sterric repulsion thus preventing settling, offers effective dispersion, excellent thermal and chemical stability and high Iron tolerance.

Vintreat - 238 (Carboxylate/Sulfonate Copolymer)
Carboxylate/Sulfonate Copolymer is low molecular weight copolymer designed for use as boiler water additive and in Pulp and Paper making process water. The iron tolerance, thermal stability, and dispersant capability of this copolymer make it an excellent choice for use in boiler water treatment.
In Pulp and Paper process water this copolymer prevents calcium sulfate and oxalate scales at the wide range pH usually encountered.

Advantage of this Co-Polymer:
1.Economical to conventional Dispersing Agent.
2.More effective for dispersing Titanium di oxide, Calcium Carbonate, china clay etc.
3.Presence of strong sulfonic acid group induces strong negative charge to pigment particle hence impart better dispersability as compared to conventional dispersant.
4.Imparts better rheology to the finished product.
5.Combination of salt of weak acid and strong acid gives better divalent cation tolerance and Sequestering property.
6.Improves scrub resistance.
7.Better gloss.

Vintreat - CAP Vintreat-CAP is a neutralized anionic sulfonated synthetic polymer. It is an effective water reducing/dispersing agent.

Application:
